Amelia Island, Florida has once again made the Conde Nast Traveler “Top Ten North American Islands” list, in their November 2007 issue, as voted by the sophisticated Conde Nast Traveler audience. Amelia Island was ranked 5th on the top ten island list, while Vancouver Island landed the number one spot. Florida had three of the top ten North American islands, as judged by Conde Nast Traveler survey.
Note that the Amelia Island Ritz-Carlton hotel has made the Conde-Nast Traveler “Gold List” in 2005, 2006, and 2007. Here’s the November 2007 list of Top Ten North American Islands”….
