In life, family traditions endure through generations, from recipes cooked, special crafts made, the gathering of relatives, and other actions that become rituals over time. Telltale signs of seasonal changes are evident around the seaside landscape. Coastal nature tells the story of winter’s approach on this northeast Florida barrier island.
